The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 09.02.2017 when the court was pleased to pass following order:

"Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 5.1.2017 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 12, 14 and 18. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks, as last chance file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 27 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

List again on 27.3.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed fresh particulars of the said respondents and not taken any fresh steps for the service of notice to unserved respondent Nos. 12, 14, 18 and 27. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Nishant Vishnoi, Advocate has appeared before the Ld. Registrar Court on 21.11.2016 on behalf of respondent Nos. 10,11,13,17 and 19-21 but he has not filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of them so far. A. D. Cards duly signed have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 15, 23, 28, but no one has entered appearance so far. Service is complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7, 16, 22, 24, 25 & 26 through track report.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 12, 14, 18 & 27.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
