The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 21.11.2016 when the court was pleased to pass following order:

"Mr. Nishant Vishnoi, Ld. Counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos. 10, 11, 13, 17 and 19-21. He seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit whereafter no further extension shall be given.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has only filed the spare copies for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 1-9, 12, 14-16 and 18.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to file the fresh particulars of the above respondents.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 22.

The office report is that track report in respect of the respondent No. 27 is not found in the website of India Post. Hence, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall file the spare copy and latest particulars of the above said respondent within a period of four weeks.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

List the matter again on 05.01.2017."

It is submitted that Mr. Nishant Vishnoi, Advocate has appeared in the Ld. Registrar Court on 21.11.2016 in respect of respondent Nos. 10, 11, 13, 17 and 19-21 but he has not filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of them so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 05.12.2016 filed spare copy and fresh address on behalf of the unserved respondent Nos. 1 to 9, 12, 14 to 16 and 18. Fresh show cause notice was issued to the unserved respondent Nos. 1-9, 12, 14-16 and 18 on 16.12.2016 by registered AD post. As per track report shows that "item delivered" in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 15 & 16 but no has entered appearance so far. Item received at "Makrana RS" in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 6 & 7 and Item delivered at New Delhi, GPO in respect of respondent Nos. 12, 14 & 18.

It is also submitted that service of respondent No. 22 as per track report item delivered at "Parbatsar" but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy of SLP and fresh & latest particulars of respondent No. 27, hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 12, 14 & 18.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
