For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The challenge in the present petitions is to an order declining to advance the date of hearing and to grant status quo. The grievance of the petitioners is that there was a status quo order granted by the High Court on 01.06.2011, which had been vacated on 06.03.2020 on account of absence of learned counsel for the petitioners. Digitally signed by Jayant Kumar Arora Date: 2021.10.09 12:38:33 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

The petitioners have moved an application for grant of interim order and fresh application for stay and for advancing the date of hearing.

Since the matter is pending before the High Court, we do not find any good reason to entertain the present Special Leave Petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed.

However, we grant liberty to the petitioners to move an application before the High Court for deciding the applications. If such an application is filed, we hope that the High Court will take up the matter at an early date.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of.
