It is submitted that the applicant was representing the petitioner and subsequently he has been selected to the post of District Judge by Jharkhand High Court. choice. In spite of such communication, there is no response and in view of these facts, the applicant was left with no choice but to file the present application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
