UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. In spite of being duly served, none appears for the respondent Reason:
Nos. 1 and 2.
1. Leave granted.
2. In the meantime, there shall be stay of the maintenance as far the respondent-wife is concerned, subject to condition that the petitioner would regularly pay maintenance in so far as the son (Master Pinapala Yashwanth) is concerned.
3. Respondent No.1 and 2 be informed that they are entitled to get legal aid from the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (for short "SCLSC") and in case, they desire to avail of the same, they shall apply to the SCLSC.
