The Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Civil Appeal No. 638587 of 2013 @ Special Leave Petition No. 2230922311 of 2013 entitled "SURAT MUNICIPAL CORP. vs RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD. & ORS." arising from common order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th August, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court has granted leave. (Copy of the order dated 5th August, 2013 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
