UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Application for impleadment is allowed.

Respondent No.8-Union of India (Ministry of External Affairs) is directed to work out the compensation in terms of our order dated 18th April, 2017 in respect of the land they have taken possession from the first respondent and deposit the said amount in the Registry of this Court within ten weeks from today.
We make it clear that this direction is without prejudice to the contentions available to the parties. It is also made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted for complying with the direction.
Post the matter on 17th July, 2017.
