The Petitions abovementioned have been filed on 27.06.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 08.08.2013 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur Bench, Jaipur in DBCWP No. 9626/2013 etc.
It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 212 days.
It is submitted that the Counsel for the petitioner has not filed the copy of order dated 4.4.13 & 6.4.13 and he has given a letter in this regard. Copy of letter dated 4.7.2014 has already been included in the paper books. (page no. 391).
It is submitted that SLP(c) No. 16792806/14 arising out
of CC No.80758089/14 and instant matter are arising out of common followed Judgement, hence tagged with SLP(c) No.16792806/14.
It is submitted that CC NOS. 1156973, 1162327, 1170307, 1176062, 11802806, 1184647, 1192122, 1185355, 1193741 , 1198993 & 1201618 OF 2014 and instant matter are arising out of common followed Judgment, hence instant matters are tagged with SLP(C)..CC No. 1066372/2014.
It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos. 1679216806/2014 arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.07.2014 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 02.07.2014 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 23.07.2014 filed an Application for Substituted Service by way of Publication to serve the Respondents. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.
The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
