It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition above-mentioned is filed against the final judgment and order dated 08th September, 2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in ITA No. 492 of 2014 and is barred by time by 80 days. The Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing special leave petition. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay re-filing the special leave petition after curing the defects which is barred by time by 4 days.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 5058 of 2014 @ Special Leave Petition (C) No. 12564 of 2014 entitled "DIR. GEN. OF I.T & ANR vs M/S GSI INDIA" arising from relied upon order is pending which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02th May, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has granted leave. (Copy of order dated 02th May, 2014 is enclosed herewith for

reference).

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
