It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 4th July, 2013 of the High Court of Delhi at Delhi in W.P(C) No. 3148 of 2012 and is barred by time by 118 days. The counsel for the petitioner has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition after curing the defects which is barred by time by 156 days.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition Nos. 3194 & 3193 of 2014 @CC Nos. 1045 & 792 of 2014 entitled "DIRECTOR GENERAL OF INCOME TAX vs INST. OF CHARTERED ACCTT OF INDIA & ANR." arising from common order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th January, 2014 when the Hon'ble has dismissed the same. (Copy of the Order dated 27th January, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the petitioner has filed Additional documents as per undertaking. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
