The appellant is directed to implead Birsa Munda

Foundation and Reasearch Institute as a party respondent.

Mr. Manish Tiwari, learned counsel who is on caveat takes notice on behalf of the added respondent.

Amended Cause Title be filed within one week.

In the meanwhile, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the directions contained in paragraph 262 (ii), (iii) and (iv) of the impugned order are concerned qua the appellant.
