The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this Court vide order dated 28.03.2022 had requested the High Court for expeditious hearing of the writ petition, the matter is not being heard and is being adjourned time and again and tagged with Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2022.08.30 18:17:55 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

the other matters.

The learned counsel further submitted that since the matter is

not being decided, the petitioners' valuable right to get admission in the Medical College at Chandigarh is being seriously jeopardized.

We only reiterate the request to the High Court as made on 28.03.2022. The High Court is requested to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from today.

The special leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
