UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent No. 46 has died on 17th March, 2010 during Signature Not Verified the pendency of his Writ Petition before the High Court. The Digitally signed by RASHMI DHYANI Date: 2016.01.20 16:43:40 IST Reason: substitution applications have been filed alongwith applications for condonation of delay of 1748 days in filing substitution applications. 2
Heard counsel for the petitioner.
Cause shown is sufficient. Delay of 1748 days in filing substitution applications is condoned and abatement is also set aside.
Respondent No. 46 has died on 17th March, 2010 leaving
behind his heirs and legal representatives as mentioned
in paragraph No.6 of the applications.
The substitution applications are allowed.
The name of respondent No.46 be deleted from the array of parties and in his place the names of his heirs and legal representatives mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the applications be brought on record.
Amended cause title be filed within four weeks.
Respondent No. 52 has died on 24 th February, 2006 during the pendency of his Writ Petition before the High Court. The substitution applications have been filed to bring on record his heirs and legal representatives alongwith applications for condonation of delay of 3239 days in filing substitution applications.
Heard counsel for the petitioner.
Cause shown is sufficient. Delay of 3239 days in filing substitution applications is condoned and abatement is also set aside.
Respondent No.52 has died on 24th February, 2006 leaving behind his legal representative as mentioned in paragraph No.5 of the application.
The substitution applications are allowed.
