By order dated 05.01.2015 of the

Hon'ble Judge in Chamber, it has been directed that in view of the amendments in Rules, statement of case need not be filed by respondents now. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under rules. SLP(C) No.23773/2012 Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.6 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. Filing of the spare copy is exempted. SLP(C) No.23777-23797/2012 Notice shall be issued to the unserved respondents through the concerned Court. Civil Appeal No.3026-3253/2013

The office report indicates that although by order dated 08.07.2015 of this Court, four weeks time as last chance was given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects in the application for substitution to bring on record the lrs. Of the deceased respondent No.3 in C.A.No.3030-32/13, the respondent No.39 in C.A.No.3036-50/13 and the respondent No.176 in C.A.No.3036-50/2013, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter.
