It is submitted that the application for amendment of memorandum of parties and condonation of delay(Regd.as I.A Nos.1 and 2)were listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 05.01.2015 when his Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"In view of the amendment in Rules, statement of case need not be filed by respondents now. Issue notice to the proposed Lrs."

It is further submitted that as directed above, notice has been issued to all the three proposed Lrs. of deceased Respondent No.31 by Regd. A.D on 03.02.2015 but neither AD cards nor unserved envelopes have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that there are 31 Respondents in this appeal. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete on all the respondents.

It is further submitted that, counsel for the appellants has filed statement of case but counsel for the appearing respondents have not filed statement of case so far.

The applications in the appeal above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
