The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.08.2014 with an Office Report dated 22.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay in refiling the special leave petitions is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within a period of one week. The same shall be utilised for the cause of juvenile justice."

It is submitted that upon depositing the cost of Rs. 500/- with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, SLP has been registered.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) CC.. No. 13346 of 2014 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.08.2014 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 25.08.2014 enclosed).

It is lastly submitted that Civil Appeal No. 5611 of 2012, arising out of SLP(C) No. 18139 of 2012, arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.07.2012 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is also still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 06.07.2012 enclosed).

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
