UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is that Respondent No. 31 has expired. The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file an application for substitution to bring on record his legal representatives within a period of three weeks', failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.

Await the return of the Certificate of Service of notice sent to the Respondent No. 8. A reminder shall be issued. The office report further is that the appearing respondents have not filed the statement of case so far although on 12.3.2013 they were notified to do so. Therefore, the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions.
