UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

1. Mr. Rajive Bhalla, learned senior counsel for the petitioner draws attention to an interlocutory application (IA No. 301411 of 2024) filed by his client seeking stay of dispossession from the Suit land. The said application is not included in the case file. We had occasion to peruse the application, handed over by the learned senior counsel.

2. Learned senior counsel also relies on an order passed on 25.01.2024 granting status quo to the petitioner therein. Learned senior counsel claims that the petitioner in the present case is identically situated to the petitioner in SLP (Civil) No. 1863 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent(s) also do not have a copy of the IA No. 301411 of 2024. Let copy of the application be served on them.

4. List tomorrow i.e., 11.02.2025 for consideration on IA.
