UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. Vide order dated 16-9-2022, the notice was issued by this Court only for the purpose of exploring the possibility of settlement.
3. Today, learned counsel for the parties have stated that the matter has not been settled. Signature Not Verified

At this juncture, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to make payment of the dues pursuant to the order passed by the State Commission as confirmed by the NCDRC, and prays to permit the petitioner to make payment by 12 equal installments, to which Mr. Anirudh Sanganeria, learned Advocate-on-Record appearing for Respondent No.1 has no objection.
6. In view of the consent given by Respondent No.1, it is directed that the petitioner shall make payment of the entire dues, pursuant to the order passed by the State Commission, as affirmed by National Commission in one year by 12 equal installments, and shall make payment of the entire dues by 30-11-2024. It is further directed that if the petitioner makes default in making payment consecutively for 2 months, it shall be open for the Respondent No.1 to execute the impugned order in accordance with law 7. Subject to the said direction, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
