Learned counsel for the parties submit that in order to explore the possibility of settlement, the parties shall be willing to attend mediation sessions with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Parties are, therefore, referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. They may initially appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 29th September, 2022. We request the mediation Centre to send its report at the earliest, preferably within four weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.

In view of the fact that the parties are willing to explore the possibility of settlement, we request the authority concerned to keep the execution proceedings in abeyance until further orders of this Court.
