UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In terms of directions issued on 13.05.2022, certain amounts were required to be deposited by the petitioner.
Ms. Kiran Suri, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that almost 80% of said amount stands deposited. She prays for some more time to deposit rest of the amount.
At her request, further time of two months is granted.
In the meantime, learned counsel appearing for the respondents are at liberty to put in affidavit in response within three weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
I.A. Nos.133648 and 133651/2022 are accordingly disposed of.
At this stage, Mr. Anand Sanjay M. Nuli, learned counsel appearing for some of the respondents, submits that similar matters [SLP(C) No. 16791/2022 and connected cases] were listed before this Court on 19.09.2022, when this Court issued notice.
