These matters are listed before this Bench, even though these are civil matters, as these matters were heard by a Bench comprising one of us (J. Vikram Nath) and J. Ahsanuddin Amanullah, more than a year ago. Substantial time has elapsed since then. These were, accordingly, released.
This Bench is constituted specially for death reference matters. The present cases can be heard in the combination of Two-Judge Bench also.
