Learned counsel submits that respondent Nos.4 to 87 are proforma respondents in the Special Leave Petition. They were petitioners and co-appellants in the writ proceeding as well as in the Letters Patent Appeal before the High Court. He, therefore, prays that service of notice upon the said respondents may be dispensed with.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and on due consideration, prayer made is allowed. Service of notice upon proforma respondent Nos.4 to 87 is dispensed with.
