1. Heard Mr. Siddharth Dave, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr. Vikas Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.6-Bastar Railway Pvt. Ltd. And Mr.K.M Natraj, the learned A.S.G. for the State of Chhattisgarh.
2. The matter was taken up for hearing today only to consider the limited prayer for defreezing of the four bank accounts of the appellant.
3. The details of the four bank accounts are as under:-

4. It is brought to our notice that one account is in the name of HUF and the other two accounts are in the name of appellant.
5. Mr. Dave, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that out of four accounts, he is only praying for defreezing of three accounts i.e one in the name of HUF account and the other two accounts i.e in his name.
6. Insofar as the 4th account is concerned where it appears that there is a sizeable amount of Rs.25 crore, he would submit that this may not be defreezed for the present till the main matter is heard and decided.
7. Since the details of the three bank accounts which Mr. Dave wants us to defreeze have been furnished today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would like to undertake an inquiry with the concerned bank(s) and thereafter come back to us whether they have any objection in the de-freezing of the three accounts or not.
8. We are conscious of the fact that the four bank accounts referred to above, have been freezed since 2019. However, for the purpose of deciding the matter, we would like to know from the banks the current status of all the four accounts including the balance.
9. We direct the banks to furnish this information to the appellant as well as to the respondents.
10. Issue notice on IA NO. 110549/2025, returnable on 22.5.2025.
11. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
12. List on 22.5.2025 on the top of the board.
