It is submitted that Mr. Zoheb Hossain, Advocate has on 28/10/2016 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1, but he has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that as per postal tracking report "Item Delivered" in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. (Copy enclosed).

Service of notice is complete on all the respondents.
