2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. In course of hearing, we have been apprised that prior to the grant of stay order passed by this Court, a sum of Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lacs Only) which was deposited in the name of the Registrar General of the High Court of Delhi has already been released in favour of the complainant.

4. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is directed that the complainant shall deposit a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lacs Only) before the Registrar General of the High Court of Delhi which shall be released in favour of the accused. Needless to say, this shall have no impact on the trial which has to proceed in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure.
