Despite order dated 11.3.2010 of last chance, respondent Nos. 1 and 7 to 11 failed to file counter affidavit.

However, it is submitted by the learned counsel respondent Nos. 7 to 11 that counter affidavit shall be filed during the course of the day. Service is dispensed with on respondent nos. 5 and 6 as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 5.2.2010.
