It is submitted that the matter above-mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 19.7.2013, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Heard. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag along with SLP(C)No(s).29582 of 2011. Order dated dated 17.04.2012 in CWP No.17820 of 2005 and CWP NO.8788 of 2006 passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, shall remain stayed until further orders."

It is further submitted that in pursuance of order quoted above the instant matter has been tagged with SLP (C) No. 29582/2011 and show cause notice was issued on 08.08.2013 to the sole respondent by registered AD. Mr. Shree Pal Singh, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent but he has not filed counter affidavit.

It is submitted that in pursuance of court's order dated 11.07.2014 the instant matter has been tagged with the SLP No. 23040/2013 and notice was issued to the sole respondent by registered AD. Mr. Y. P. Dhingra, Advocate has entered appearance and filed counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent. Copy of the same has already been included in the SLP paper books.
