Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 18 in Diary No(s). 12359/2018, sole respondent in Diary No(s). 3661/2018 and respondent nos. 1 to 15 in Diary No(s). 16003/2018 . However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks time. Granted as last and final opportunity. If spare copies are not filed within the time granted, Registry to process the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions. It is submitted that Mr. Ashutosh Thakur, Advocate has on 15.09.2023 and 30.09.2023 has filed vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1-3, 6 & 7-12 and Lrs. of deceased respondent nos. 4, 5 and 13 along with death certificate of deceased respondent nos. 4, 5 and 13. The death certificates of said deceased respondents are illegible and also no application for substitution to bring on record the LRs. of deceased respondent nos. 4, 5 and 13 has been filed. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed spare copies in respect of respondent nos. 14-15 and filing of the same has expired on 22.05.2023.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 1-3, 6 & 7-12 and incomplete on respondent nos. 14-15 & LRs. of deceased respondent nos. 4, 5 and 13.

D. No. 3661 of 2018

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22.05.2023 filed spare copy in respect of sole respondent and show cause notice has been issued to sole respondent through registered AD. Mr. Shrey Kapoor, Advocate has filed vakalatnama & memo appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete on sole respondent.

D. No. 12359 of 2018

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in respect of all the 18 respondents and time for filing of the same has elapsed on 22.05.2023.

Service is incomplete on all the 18 respondents.

1. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in respect of respondent nos. 14-15.

2. Death Certificates in respect of LRs. of deceased respondent nos. 4, 5 and 13 are illegible and no application for substitution to bring on record the LRs. of deceased respondent nos. 4, 5 and 13 has been filed.
