Atter Not Verified Mr. A.N.S. Nadkarni, learned Additional Solicitor General, on Struction, submits that the return of the land may not be feasible in view of the subsequent developments.

There will be stay of execution proceedings on the condition that the Union Territory, Chandigarh deposits 50% of the compensation awarded, within six weeks from today.

On such deposit being made, it will be open to the claimants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited without security and the balance 50% with security.
