The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. R.C. Kaushik, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated 28.01.2014 of the National Consumer Disputes Redrerssal Commission, New Delhi in First Appeal No. 269 of 2009.
It is submitted that there is delay of 81 days in filing the SLP and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.
It is further submitted that Registry has pointed out the defect that the orders dated 23.05.2007, 02.04.2008 and 27.04.2009 are required to be filed. In this regard, the Advocate has filed a letter dated 25.07.2014 stating therein that the said orders are not necessary for hearing purpose. (Copy of the letter dated 25.07.2014 is included in the paper books at page No. 52).
The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
