The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. R.C. Kaushik, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated 28.01.2014 of the National Consumer Disputes Redrerssal Commission, New Delhi in First Appeal Nos. 262 of 2009 and 263 of 2009 respectively .
It is submitted that there is delay of 81 days in filing the SLPs and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the SLPs.
It is further submitted that in Special Leave Petition(CC) No. 14026 of 2014 Registry has pointed out the defect that the orders dated 23.05.2007, 02.04.2008, 23.04.2009 and 27.04.2009 are required to be filed. In this regard, the Advocate has filed a letter dated nil stating therein that the said orders are not necessary for hearing purpose. (Copy of the letter dated nil is included in the paper books at page No. 52).
It is lastly submitted that the instant matters are tagged with Special Leave Petition (CC) No. 13232 of 2014 as all are arising out common order.
The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
