The applications in the matter above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.01.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Reply to the IAs may be filed by the respondent-Revenue within two weeks. List on 22nd January, 2015."

It is submitted that in view of aforesaid order, counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 6 and 7 (Revenue) has not filed reply in IAs so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate who has on 03.01.2015 filed application for impleadment alongwith I.A for directions has on 13.01.2015 filed proof of service of IAs on counsel for the parties. Accordingly, I.A. for impleadment has been registered as I.A. Nos. 7-8 and included in SLP paper books. As I.A. for impleadment is yet to be allowed as such the application for directions filed on behalf of impleading parties has not been registered.

The applications in the matter above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
