Parekh & Co. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The ld. Advocate for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 21211/2012 is pressing to list the matter before the Hon'ble Court stating that the matter is ready and that vide order dated 24.8.2012 Court has directed to list such matters -2- Item No.63 immediately thereafter i.e., after completion of pleadings. As as per said order dated 24.8.2012, Registry has to do the needful as per rules. Petitioners are free to mention the matter before the Hon'ble Court for early listing of the matter, if they so desire. SLP(C) NO.23551/2012 The ld. Advocate for the petitioner says that they have served unserved respondent Nos. 7 and 10 on 17.9.2012 and he will be filing proof of service with affidavit within a week. In view of the statement in such notice, since notices are served only on 17.9.2012, time is to be given to the respondents to file appearance and counter affidavit upto 17.10.2012. He further confirms that he will serve notice on respondent Nos. 11 and 12 within a week through the standing counsel. In view of such fact, all the respondents in all connected SLPs may file counter affidavit on or before 18.10.2012.
