UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As directed by this Court, Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) has submitted an interim report vide its letter dated 22.3.2014. The CBIR is seeking extension of time till September, 2014 for submitting the final report. For the reasons stated in the said letter, time is extended upto September, 2014.

Photo copies of the report may be given to the parties at their cost.

If, while conducing survey, the CBRI or any party finds that there is imminent danger to the monument, they will be liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application for appropriate orders.
