It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Nikhil Goel, Advocate on 17.01.2017 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.08.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RACW No. 68 of 2016 in CWP No. 18232 of 2013 barred by time by 50 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 20750/2016 Entitled UNION TERRITORY, CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION AND ORS vs PRADEEP KUMAR AND ANR arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.08.2016, when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 05.08.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 03.03.2017 filed application for permission to file additional document after serving its copy to the other side and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sudhir Naagar, Adv has filed caveat on behalf of sole respondent.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
