Registrar's Court on 9th October, 2015, when the following order was passed:

"The Ld. Counsel for the sole respondent has mentioned that counter affidavit is ready and shall be filed within one week. Registry to take the same on record and thereafter to process the matter in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 21.8.2015."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Ms. T. Anamika, Advocate has on 12th October, 2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent and the same is already included in paper books.
