UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Applications for exemption from filing c/c of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing O.T. are allowed.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that there is absolutely no fault on the part of the petitioners. The petitioners were qualified at the relevant point of time. In any case, subsequent license has been obtained.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the work order issued, the contract has put into operation. The agreement has been entered into the parties.

Issue notice.

Status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained by the parties.
