It has been submitted by the ld. Counsel that counter affidavit filed by respondent nos.7 to 13 in SLP(C)NO.14216/2024 would be adopted by respondent nos. 8 to 13 in this matter. Submission is taken on record.

Registry to make specific mention of the fact, that respondent no.8 has adopted the counter affidavit after opportunity to file the same was already declined, in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Respondent no. 1 has failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity stands declined.
