UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The learned counsel has invited my attention to the grounds 1. raised in the application and submits that delay caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement is unintentional and for bona fide reasons.
Accordingly, application seeking condonation of delay in $\mathbf{2}$ . filing the application for setting aside the abatement is allowed, abatement is set aside and application for substitution is allowed and the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.6 are brought on record.
Sinnahusefliet Varified Cause title be amended accordingly. Let notice be issued to the legal heirs, returnable within four weeks.
