The matter above mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Court on 18th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay and so also on the special leave petition. "

Accordingly show cause notice was issued on 5th September, 2014 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post Counsel for the petitioners has on 7th April, 2015 filed affidavit of service which shows that notice has been served on the sole respondent on 19th March, 2015.

It is submitted that the Office Report with regard to completing the service of show cause notice were listed before the Ld. Registra's Court from time to time and lastly on 24th April, 2015 when the following order was passed:

"Service of the sole respondent is complete but none has entered appearance. The matter stands complete, in the given circumstances. Registry to process to list the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

It is submitted that no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent so far.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
