UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 11 March 2024, the District and Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong recorded two statements, including the statement of the corpus.
- 2 The statement of the corpus indicates that she does not desire to live with the petitioner. For the present purpose, it is not necessary to set out all other allegations which are levelled against the petitioner. It is evident that the corpus has not been detained against her will and is living of her own accord at the place where she resides.
- 3 The petition under Article 32 of the Constitution, therefore, cannot be entertained. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
- 4 Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
