		UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following	O R D E R
Learned		counsel	for	the		petitioner	and	learned
counsel for the respondents are present.
Learned		counsel	for	the	petitioner		has	moved	an
application for substitution to bring on record								the legal
representatives of the deceased sole respondent and the same
is defective.		He seeks two weeks' time to cure the defects
whatever have been found in the said application.<br>Time, as<br>Item No.39<br>-2-
prayed for, is granted to him, as last chance.						In case, the
defects in the said application are cured within the time
provided above in that event, the same shall be placed for

orders before the Ld.Registrar (Judl.) supervising the working

of Section IVB. In case the defects are not cured within the

stipulated time, in that event the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non-prosecution.
