Ld. Advocate, Mr. Ali Asghar Rahim, appearing on behalf of Mr.Shekhar Kumar, Advocate-on-record submits that he would be filing appropriate Application in respect of the unserved respondents. Two weeks' time is granted for doing the needful. If appropriate Application is filed within the time granted, process as per rules else fresh steps alongwith fresh particulars in respect of the unserved respondents be taken within the aforesaid period.

Ld. counsel for respondents Nos.3, 4 and 5 seeks one more opportunity to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time, as last and final opportunity, is granted for filing the same. If counter affidavit is filed within the time granted, be taken on record else further opportunity stands declined.

Remaining duly represented respondents have failed to file counter affidavit, despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity stands declined.
