1. This is an application for deletion of respondent Nos. 585 to 706.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that some of the respondents from 585 to 706 have already been served. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move afresh application for deletion only for those respondents who are yet to be served.

3. On due consideration, permission is granted.

3. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
