The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Zulifiker Ali P.S., Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 25.03.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in BA No. 2071/2014.
It is submitted that there is delay of 21 days in filing special leave petition and is accompanied by an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.
It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 684/2014 filed by co-accused of the same Criminal Case was listed before Hon'ble Court on 31.01.2014 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. (Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 31.01.2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.)
It is further submitted that Mr. Zulifiker Ali P.S., Advocate has on 04.08.2014 filed an application for Permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
The application above-mentioned is, therefore listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
