It is submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, advocate has filed vakalatnama and counteraffidavit on behalf of all the respondents. Service of notice is complete.

It is further submitted that he has also filed an application for directions which is registered as I.A No.3 and copy of the same has already been included in paperbooks.

It is again submitted that Mr. S.N Terdal, advocate has on 29.4.2016 filed reply affidavit to the I.A filed by the respondent and rejoinder affidavit and the copies of the same have already been included in paperbooks.

It is submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, Advocate has on 8/07/2016 filed Annexure R5 to R31 as additional document alongwith application for seeking permission to file additional documents. The application is registered as I.A. No. 3 and being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It further submitted that Mr. C.K. Rai, Advocate has on 8/07/2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 and Respondent Nos. 10 to 81 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is still incomplete inrespect of Respondent No. 9.
