The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C)...CC 9986 of 2015."

It is submitted that accordingly show cause notice was issued on 11.01.2016 in respect of respondent nos. 15.

It is further submitted that Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 15 has been received by post which is in contravention of the provision under Order X Rule 6(i). The Counter Affidavit is defective as the same is not attested and the copy of the same has not been served upon the counsel for the petitioner . Hence copies of the same are not being circulated. Letter to respondent nos. 15 has been issued in this regard. Moreover, no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 15 so far.

The matter above mentioned was listed alongwith connected before the Hon'ble Court on 14.3.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" List after three weeks, as prayed for."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.3.2016 filed an Affidavit of valuation which is being circulated with the office report.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
