The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28th November, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 33192 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that an application for condonation of delay has been filed as there is delay of 298 days in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) ...CC No. 9986 of 2015 @ relied upon Judgment by High Court is pending as the matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court 15th December, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct to list the matter on a non miscellaneous day. (A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 15th December, 2015 is enclosed herewith)

It is also submitted that Mr. B. V. Balram Das, counsel for the Petitioner has on 3 rd February, 2016 filed additional documents and the same has been included in the SLP paper books.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
