The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 22.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent no. 2 has already filed counter affidavit.

From the perusal of the record it is revealed that vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 5.8.2015, a last chance of two weekss for taking steps for effecting service on respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 was granted and it was further ordered that failing which petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without referring to the Court qua unserved respondents.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner though took steps in terms of the said order and notice was issued but not served on the previous date, again fresh steps were directed to be taken but petitioner has not taken, as such, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service on the unserved respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 so far.

Service is Incomplete in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4.

The office report on default in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChamber.
